Choi Seungyoon is a painter who explores the dual structures of the world and the paradox of existence through layers of color and line.
His works visualize traces of time and emotional movement through subtle gradations and spatial layering, creating a quiet rhythm that evokes both balance and contradiction.
Blue, his signature color, serves as a metaphor for paradox and coexistence—opposing forces held together in harmony.
Through the interplay of stillness and movement, sameness and difference, Choi’s paintings reveal a universe that reflects both cosmic structure and human emotion.
Each canvas becomes a meditative space, where visible form and invisible thought coexist, and where the viewer is invited to sense the delicate tension between the two.
